Starts at 06:00
as of 1 April 2012. This
is a social run, with stops for water and cokes (bring coke money)

Morning Group:
Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday
at 5am from Stella. (10 to 12km)

Wednesday Runs: every
Wednesday; leave Stella at 17h30; ± 12km (to 45th Cutting and back)

Sunday Run: Start

of poor quality, firstly due to poor handwriting by participants as well
as data capture errors, the administrator cannot vouch that the details
are 100% correct.

Stella Time Trial & Braai Night
Join us on the last Thursday of each
month at 17:45 and walk / run the 5 or 8km Time Trial. A social braai with music
is held directly after the Time Trial. Family and friends are welcome to join
us.
